Hi ladies,
Due to school & other commitments, I am sorry to inform you that RiuCoco will be on Hiatus till further notice.
Meanwhile, do keep a lookout for RiuCoco at various fleas! First up, we'll be going for SPACE FIGHT on 2 APRIL!

In the meantime, RiuCoco will be working on a major facelift/ reconceptualisation, so do keep your fingers crossed for the best & continue to look out for us!

Please read our T&C and Purchase Guide before proceeding.
Please also take note that:
1. Orders are to be made in the Order Form at the bottom of the post.
2. Please clearly state your size and/or colour of the item you are purchasing.
3. Payment is to be made via ATM transfer / iBanking to
POSB Savings 153-55259-2
within 24hours upon receival of your invoice.
4. If you experience difficulties with sizing problems, do feel free to drop us a mail for clarifications and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Laundry care
1. Wash your apparels before wearing for the first time
2. Overturn any apparels with embroidery/ sequins and handwash (recommended) to prevent damage.
3. Wash white and coloured items seperately.

Dear dear everyone!
We are very close to launching now! Very soon, this Friday, 24th September 2010, RiuCoco will be launching it's first collection!
We will be bringing you, a pre-launch PROMOTIONAL VIDEO ! Footage of the making of RiuCoco, featuring us - Riel & Coco :)
In case any of you who doesn't know us yet, let me introduce :P
RiuCoco is a joint production by a SHORT girl & a TALL girl...So who's the shorter & who's the taller one?
RIEL is the SHORT one! COCO is the TALL one! (Ok in the case of the photo above, Coco's the one on the left, and Riel the one on the right.)
We like diversity, and things which are versatile!!
We will be showcasing you, on how to wear ONE apparel in MANY ways!
We believe in being creative, versatile, and most importantly, having fun dressing up!
If you like our idea, then be sure to catch us!

♦ All prices stated are non-negotiable
♦ Reservation service for items are not provided
♦ Please only place an order when you are certain. We reserve the right to not entertain undecided buyers.
♦ RiuCoco will not hold responsibility for lost or damaged parcels not under registered mail
♦ Customers who have received an invoice will have 24hours to make payment to RiuCoco to confirm order(s).
♦ Customers are strongly encouraged to keep a receipt of any ATM transactions made to RiuCoco.
♦ All terms and conditions and policies are to be followed by all customers. RiuCoco reserves the right to reject or not respond to any simulated charges or demands.
Exchange & Refund Policy
♦ All items are thoroughly inspected before sent out. Customers do not have to worry about quality issues.
♦ Items mailed out are not exchangeable or refundable unless a defect is present without prior notice by RiuCoco; in such cases, please email us:
1) A clear picture of the defect
2) Invoice
3) ATM transaction receipt snapshot
4) Date upon receiving of the parcel to riucoco@gmail.com
♦ RiuCoco will respond duly to your request.
♦ This must be done within 7 days upon receiving the parcel.
♦ Note that colour difference (due to lighting and moniter colour display), personal dislike or preference, sizing issues or deliberate damage on the items are not considered to be defects.
♦ Refunds will only be made if an item is found out to be truly defected and we have no pieces for exchange.
